Davit Churghulia, Deputy Head of Tbilisi City Hall Internal Audit and Monitoring met students of the faculty of Law at Caucasus International University and delivered a lecture on the topic: Protection of Rights in Construction Law.
The lecture was opened by Vladimer Macharashvili, Dean of CIU Faculty of Law and mentioned that the students have showed interest towards the topic and adding the new academic discipline will be discussed in the near future.
The speaker placed emphasis on the significance of the issue and mentioned that the topic is quite complex and problematic. Davit Churghalia discussed property rights, land cadastral data accuracy, construction of land utilization, strengthening of expert role and construction quality control in the plane of construction law.
The presenter asked the students to get interested in the innovations and challenges in the field and noted that the involvement and initiative of each citizen in this process plays a vital role in the spatial arrangement and urban construction process.
