From 29 December (2017) to 8 January (2018), a group has been formed by enthusiastic, devoted and successful individuals who were the second and fourth year students of CIU educational program in Tourism – Nino Nersezashvili, Salome Akhalkatsi, Tatia Kordzadze, Mariam Nadirashvili, Giorgi Kakabadze, Irakli Gogilava, Giorgi Putkaradze, Shota Purtseladze, Keti Tolordava, Ilia Batiashvili.
CIU students were confined to the Food and Drink Department during the practice, but at the same time they were able to monitor other services and to test their skills in this direction.
As stated by Dali Mikeladze, supervisor of BA program in Tourism, such kind of internship is irreplaceable and gives huge experience to a student. S/he becomes familiar with all the nuances and details on spot which a student has learnt earlier theoretically.
CIU students were awarded certificates upon the successful completion of the internship at Borjomi elite hotel.
