Public Dissertation defense of Vladimer Macharashvili, a student of Doctoral Program in Law was held at Caucasus International University Conference Hall.
Vladimir Macharashvili presented the dissertation thesis - Advocacy Investigation: Challenges of Theory and Practice for the academic degree of the Doctor of Law to the Dissertation Board of the faculty of Law, CIU administration, academic personnel and the attending audience.
One of the main aims of the research is to draw parallels between advocacy and traditional investigations. The scientific work consisted of annotation, 4 chapters, 17 subchapters, social researches and conclusions.
The doctoral student defending the Academic Degree of the Doctor of Law, presented the dissertation in front of the dissertation board and answered the questions of official reviewers, Jemal Gakhokidze and Tea Shakulashvili, Doctors of Law.
The meeting was chaired by Mindia Ugrekhelidze, Academic Doctor of Law, head of CIU Doctoral Program in Law.
By the decision of the dissertation board of the faculty of Law, Vladimer Macharashvili was awarded the Academic Degree of Doctor of Law.
