The project “Reformer 2018” offered by non-governmental organization “Youth Alliance for Reforms” was officially opened at Caucasus International University on 10 February. Dachi Chitaia, the project organizer, the general director of the organization and Sali Surameli, chief organizer, a student at CIU Faculty of Business welcomed the delegation and wished them successful committee work.
The project organized by the non-governmental organization YAR is adjusted in accordance to Georgian topics and during the Committee Sessions young people will place emphasis on the problems and challenges existing in Georgia.
About 140 delegates aged14-24 expressed their interest to participate in the event and they worked on five thematic boards accordingly: “Defense and National Security”, “Foreign Relations”, “Economy and sustainable Development”, “Constitutional Issues” and “Human Rights”.
The project will last for three days and the participants will discuss the issues set by each committee in the unified format at the final ceremony.
The aim of the event is to give opportunity to the participants to deepen leadership skills, come to grips with public speaking and debate techniques as well as gain profound knowledge on current problems in the country and ways for their solution.
We would like to remind you that Caucasus International University will host the event during two days, on 10 and 11 February.
