Nika Sadradze, a founder of Law Firm “Your Advocate” met Caucasus International University students of the faculty of Law and delivered a public lecture on the topic “Investigating Peculiarities of Criminal Cases”.
The speaker was introduced by Vladime Macharashvili, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law.
A lawyer specializing in criminal law briefly introduced to students of the faculty of Law his professional experience and discussed specific examples and cases.
The public lecture was conducted in several main directions: the speaker reviewed the stages of investigation process, its difficulties and challenges. Nika Sadradze placed emphasis on bullying, propaganda, as well as general background of the society and the country.
The lecture was interactive, students were actively involved in the discussion, expressed their position and asked additional questions.
