Tamta Tepnadze, Ombudsman of Customer Interests under Georgian National Communications Commission held a public lecture at Caucasus International University on 27 November, 2017.
During the informative meeting the Ombudsman discussed with students, as the users of electronic communication and broadcasting, the rights granted by the legislation, the obligations of the company, the rules and terms for reviewing the complaint / application.
Tamta Tepnadze placed emphasis on compensation terms and conditions envisaged for low quality service, concessionary system and reporting period.
