“Use every failure for your future success” – Inga Khutsishvili, Head of Corporate Management Department of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation placed emphasis on skills necessary for achieving success, career development and implemented projects during a meeting with students.
At the meeting organized jointly by CIU Career Development Center and Faculty of Business, the presenter briefly introduced the corporate strategy and core aspects of the activities to the attending audience.
Inga Khutsishvili gave specific advice and recommendations to students during the second section of the public lecture. Later she listened to their questions and discussed the practical details of CV and cover letter writing.
As stated by the presenter mutual relationship and motivation is required between employer and employee; otherwise, the collaboration will not be effective.
