CIU third-year students of the Faculty of Law examined the case of suspension of partnership, accident and case proceedings during simulated trials at Tbilisi Court of Appeals.
Students were divided into groups within the subjects “Civil Court Hearing in Court” and “Civil Law Process” and conducted three trials based on real cases, events and facts in civil law supervised by CIU Invited Professor Zurab Chkonia.
According to Zurab Chkonia, the moot court enables us to find out students’ knowledge in any discipline and what skills they have developed within the framework of the course.
We would like to remind you that CIU places emphasis on improvement of the practical component during the preparation process of educational programs and subject syllabi.
CIU students were awarded certificates upon the completion of the moot court.
