Caucasus International University basketball team defeated Ilia State University team with the score 66-58 on 16 May, 2017.
CIU team player Vazha Bichashvili scored 16 points, Beka Karsivadze – 14, Leri Kvantaliani – 13, and Giorgi Sukhashvili – 9 points. As for Rezo Maghlaperidze and Bakar Gabisian they scored 7-7 points.
It is worth mentioning that CIU basketball team is actively involved in different activities. The last one was the game held in Mtatsminda region. The team took the first place on behalf of Caucasus International University in it.
