Zbigniew Levitsky, Expert of American Culture and Politics, Professor of Warsaw and Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University, chairperson of Academic Council visited Caucasus International University on 2 May, 2017. The Professor held work meeting with Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector where both parties discussed future plans and collaboration.
After the meeting with the Rector, the expert of American Culture and Politics held a public lecture on the topic “Donald Trump Against Court: Does He Violate Law by His Executive Decisions”. The lecture was attended mainly by CIU International Relations students.
The speaker placed emphasis on the characteristic features of the political leader, rights and duties of the president, political authority and his desires. The guest also compared the current US president with other ones.
The meeting was held in the form of question responses. The students asked questions to the speaker concerning the issues that interested them.
