Caucasus International University hosts Siauliai State College delegation on 26-27 April, 2017. The guests met Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, University Chancellor, Kakhaber Kordzaia , Rector and Marina Gedevanishvili- Head of Quality Assurance Service and Vice-Rector.
The head of Quality Assurance Service introduced to the guests the details of teaching process management system, discussed the flexibility of assessment system and the issues of correct distribution of grades during the teaching process. The guests also became familiar with students’ opportunity which envisages the evaluation of the syllabus and professor electronically after the completion of the course.
Siauliai State College (Lithuania) delegation obtained detailed information about the stages necessary for the creation of new programs, their needs and resources.
We would like to remind you that CIU professors visited the above mentioned college within the framework of Erasmus+ and short-term exchange program for academics. The representatives of the delegation expressed their willingness to deepen collaboration in the near future.
The guests became familiar with the university infrastructure, activities of CIU Multimedia Centre and videos and films prepared by CIU students. Lithuanian delegation met the deans and the professors of the Faculty of Business and Medicine in order to facilitate the implementation of joint programs and future collaboration.
