The presentation of the textbook “Journalism” was held at Building I, TSU on 11 April, 2017. The book has been edited for the second time and thirteen professors from nine universities have worked on it. Nino Chalaganidze, Associate Professor and the Supervisor of CIU Program in Journalism was one of the coauthors of the book among other supervisors of Media schools from accredited universities who have been working on it.
The book includes Georgian materials suitable for Western achievements. The local socio-cultural context makes the textbook unique.
It is worth mentioning that this book will serve as a textbook to all media schools in Georgia and the market demand made it necessary to edit the book again.
Among the authors is French Professor who enriched the content of the textbook with new visions.
“Journalism” will become one more useful resource and reference book for future journalists and individuals interested in this field.
