Caucasus International University BA and MA students of Law faculty are given opportunity to have a practical course at Tbilisi City Hall “Juridical Clinic – My Solicitor”.
The university signed an agreement with the Municipal Centre for Legal Assistance and Public Engagement on 24 March, 2017.
The agreement was signed by Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, Caucasus International University Chancellor and Marina Beradze, Director of the Municipal Centre for Legal Assistance and Public Engagement.
The ceremony was attended by Ilia Tsiklauri, Dean of the faculty of Law at CIU, Avtandil Kharati, Deputy Director of the Centre and students.
Marina Beradze placed emphasis on the details of further collaboration during the meeting, significance of practice for students and gave them professional advice.
Students will be able to offer legal assistance, compile legal documents and implement representation at administrative institutions and court, prepare statistics and report within the framework of the practice.
The 4th year students of the faculty of law will start practical course from the next week.
The course will be conducted by Avtandil Kharati, Director of the Municipal Centre for Legal Assistance and Public Engagement
