Internship at Public Institutions

State Internship Program has been created by the initiative of the Prime Minister of Georgia and the coordination of Civil Service Bureau.

The terms and conditions of the internship envisaged by the above mentioned state program is defined by the resolution of Georgian government on June 18, 2014 N 410 concerning “the approval of the state program on terms and conditions of internship at public institutions”.

Due to the project aim the internship is designed so that more students/graduates can get practical experience in the appropriate field. 

Candidates have to meet the following criteria in order to be eligible:

Be a citizen of Georgia;

Study at a university which offers higher educational programs of all three stages; be a fourth-year BA student, MA and PhD student, an individual with high academic record approved by GPA (minimum 3.0 if applicable);

The internship is also available for graduates who meet the above mentioned criteria concerning high academic record and have graduated less than two years ago.
