Mania Gogidze’s Public Dissertation Defense

Mania Gogidze, Doctoral student of Business Administration defended her dissertation publicly on 26 January, 2017. The event venue was room the Conference Hall of Caucasus International University.

Mania Gogidze’s defended a dissertation on the topic: Peculiarities of Personnel Management Team Approach in Georgian Companies.

The dissertation presented for gaining the academic degree of doctor consisted of three chapters: Theoretical foundations for personnel management team approach, peculiarities of personnel management team approach in Georgian companies and international experience and Georgian manager’s skills and abilities as a corporate leader.

The scientific supervisor of the dissertation was Professor Evgeni Baratashvili, Doctor of Economical Sciences.

According to the decision of the committee the doctoral student was awarded academic degree of doctor.

Mania Gogidze is the sixth doctoral student who has successfully defended dissertation and gained the academic degree of doctor.

Public dissertation defenses will resume in March.
