Certificate Course – Wine, Tourism and Gastronomy

Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning Service offers a certificate course – “Wine, Tourism and Gastronomy”.

The course is designed for individuals interested in wine industry and tourism. The aim of the course is to study wine typology, become familiar with marketing strategies of wine tourism, deepen knowledge in the history of gastronomy and raise customer culture. 

During the course participants will learn:

What is wine and wine types;

Wine aromas and limits of its perception;

Wine defect;

Basis of degustation;

Wine and tourism;

History of gastronomy;

Combination of wine and food, wine service.

Course duration: 5 days

Course starts on 6 February and finishes on 10 February, 2017.

Fees: 95 GEL

Participants will be awarded bilingual certificates upon the completion of the course.
