Public dissertation defense for gaining the academic degree of Business Administration was held at Caucasus International University (CIU) on 1 December, 2016. The topic of Nino Mkheidze’s dissertation was “Leadership and Organization Culture in the System of Management”.
The aim of the research was to study evolution of leadership phenomenon and the impact of organizational culture on Georgian companies.
The author studied the phenomenon of leadership and its genesis, described a leader’s modern types, specificity of leadership in Georgian reality and singled out general characteristics of leadership in Georgian business on the examples of TBC bank and LTD “AgriGeorgia”.
The dissertation committee was made up of five Caucasus International University and two invited professors.
The doctoral student Nino Mkheidze was awarded the academic degree of a doctor.
