Certificate Course – Wine and Wine Culture

Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning offers a certificate course “Wine and Wine Culture”.

The above mentioned course is designed for specialists who are working in wine-making and individuals interested in wine industry and tourism.

The aim of the course is to study wine typology deepen knowledge in corresponding sphere and raise custom service.

• Wine flavours and margins of its perception;
• Wine defect;
• Basis of degustation;
• Wine and tourism;
• History of gastronomical cookery;
• Combination of wine and food; wine service.
