The cycle of programs Rustveli’s World – Tamaz Kvachantiradze will be shown at twenty-one regional televisions.
Documentaries prepared on the basis of Caucasus International University Multimedia Centre and by the support of the Association of Georgian Regional Broadcasters will become available for people living in different parts of the country from the next week.
In total, the cycle consists of eight programs. The first two refers to the epoch of the creation of “The Knight in the Panther’s Skin”, Shota Rustaveli’s biography, preserved manuscripts and facts about illustrations. The rest six cycles are about the following aphorisms: ““It is better to win respect than anything else”; “Better to die with honour than live shamefully”; “Lion whelps are equal, either female or male”; “Kindness defeats evil and lives on”.
Multimedia Centre dedicated the cycle of programs to the 850th anniversary of Shota Rustaveli.
The above mentioned project is a part of a long partnership between the Association of Georgian Regional Broadcasters and Caucasus International University. The partnership envisages students’ internship and implementation of general educational and media projects.
