Event – We Need Each Other Very Much

The event – “We Need Each Other Very Much” was held by the support of Caucasus International University near Svetitskhoveli fence on 19 June, 2016.

The speakers placed emphasis on the initiatives implemented in relation to demographic issues in Georgia and the conference of state demographic security which has been worked out by the Healthcare Committee of the Parliament. 

They also highlighted the contribution of Caucasus International University in implementing the Demographic Renaissance Foundation project.

Caucasus International University Chancellor delivered a speech. Vakhtan Tsivtsivadze discussed the university activities in this direction and awarded Dimitri Khundadze, the chairperson of Healthcare and Social Issues Committee of Parliament a diploma of Honorary Doctor on behalf of the university.

The ensemble “Rustavi” and “Mtskheta”, actors Givi Berikashvili and Kakhi Kavsadze participated in the event.

The event was attended by Caucasus International University administration and academic staff together with other invited guests.

The above mentioned event was organized by the initiative of Healthcare and Social Issues Committee of Georgian Parliament, Demographic Renaissance Foundation of Georgia in partnership with Mtskheta-Mtianeti municipalities.
