On the basis of the faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking and Agro-technology there was held a presentation of Caucasus International University Wine Theatre and premiere of the play “You are Vineyard”.
The aim of the Wine Theatre is to promote Georgian viticulture-winemaking, create samples of prose and dramaturgy and organize theatrical performances by means of theatre, folklore and folk craft.
Literary-creative staging was attended by the university administration and invited guests.
It is worth mentioning that Caucasus International University folk ensemble and student troupe participated in the play.
As Ekaterine Kvirkvelia, director and artistic director of the theatre, has stated they have been preparing during the play for two months.
Guests have positively assessed the theatrical performance. They pointed out that the troupe has naturally adapted to the environment which demonstrates their professionalism.
Eduard Ugulava is the author of the staging.
