Conference

Caucasus International University Department of Innovations and Strategic Development have participated in the international press-conference “Security in Internet Envisioned by Students”. At the conference the following institutions represented the corresponding countries:   Caucasus International University - Georgia, Giresun University – Turkey and Karazin Kharkiv National University – Ukraine. During the conference concrete opinions and initiatives have been expressed. The following activities are planned: to survey 5-11 class students, their parents and teachers at Kharkiv schools. Approximately 26 educational institution will participate (about 3000 respondents will be surveyed); to create initiative groups formed by students, parents and teachers in Georgia, Turkey and Ukraine; to establish cyber-security research centre in Black Sea Region (Aleksandre Rusetski’s initiative of was positively assessed by conference participants); by the initiative of Giresun University (Turkey) Caucasus International University students will participate in summer school; to work out fundamental recommendations; to organize a press-conference in the near future. The project outcomes will be discussed there.
