The presentation of research outcomes conducted by Mr. Aleksandre Rusetski, Doctor of Psychology, CIU PhD Student of Political Sciences.
Dissertation study- Interdisciplinary Comparative Analysis of the Complex System of the Abkhazian Conflict with the Innovative 4D-RAV-17 Method (the research is supported by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation and Caucasus International University);
Presentation on the topic: Ambivertic Education and Lewis Coser’s Theory of Social Conflict;
The presenter reckons that the main cause of unsolved conflicts and problems is of psychological character and is connected to the dominance of regressive thinking and the basis of this problem lies in the education system. In case of introducing the proposed ambivertic education principles, we may obtain psychological, economic and political consequences. The scientist suggested that this would be reflected on such indicator as the United Nations Happiness Index. Today, Georgia ranks 128 out of 156 countries (World happiness report).
