Scientific seminar Georgian Vine and Wine Culture Researh Novelty – Traditions and Scientific Challenges will be organized by the initiative of CIU within the framework of Science and Innovation Festival on September 27.
The latest fundamental researches on vine and wine will be reviewed at the event; special emphasis will be placed on modern trends of qvevri and qvevri wines, by using the traditional methods already acknowledged by the world; participants will become familiar with the latest ethnarchic and historical research data.
Mindia Jalabadze is the speaker of the scientific seminar, the main curator of the National Museum, Doctor of History.
