Seyed Javad Ghavamshahidi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran delivered a public lecture at Caucasus International University on June 13, 2019.
The event was opened by Mr. Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector. The ambassador’s public lecture refereed to such significant issues as: prospects of political and diplomatic relations between Georgia and Iran, the role of Iran in the context of energy resources, the role of Iran in stabilizing current conflicts in South Caucasus. The ambassador provided answers to the audience’s question during the second part of the meeting.
The lecture was attended by the members of the Scientific-Analytical Center for Georgian and Iranian Relations, Caucasus International University professors and students.
