Training Course – Social Skills

The representatives of the Faculty of Law had a training course – Social Skills by the initiative of Caucasus International University Faculty of Law representatives and the financial support of the university.

The training, which was conducted by Ms. Tamar Dvalidze, Psychologist, master of Social Psychiatry was attended by Vladimer Macharashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Law as well as all the representatives of the faculty administration.

The training, which was held on December 3 and 10, discussed conflict and strategies for its management. The following issues were highlighted:

• Positive and negative sides of conflict;
• Conflict and its types/classification;
• Ways for conflict management;
• Forms of effective communication;
• Rage and techniques to control it, effective communication/assertive behavior.

It is noteworthy that besides theoretical part, the trainings focused on discussions, individual and group works.
