A public lecture on international Criminal Law and International Criminal Law Court was held at Caucasus International University on October 28, 2019. The event was conducted by prominent international law specialists, Doctors of Law Sciences: Professor Peter Vilkitsky – Honorary Doctor of the University of Cologne, Vice President of International Association for Criminal Law; Professor Anita Usacka, former chairperson of Appeals Chamber of Hague International Criminal Court; Professor Eliko Tsiklauri-Lammich, supervisor of the project for partnership with Georgia of Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law, Doctor of Law.
A major event in the internationalization of the Caucasus International University took place prior to the public lecture. The professors signed a cooperation agreement with the university and they will supervise the students of the Doctoral Program in Law.
The event was conducted within the framework of the collaboration between Caucasus International University Faculty of Law, Oliver Wendell Holmes Club of Debates and Max Planck Society. The event was attended by doctoral and postgraduate students of Law program, lecturers and various state and private institutions.
