Lali Mekokishvili, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dermatologist-Venereologist held a public lecture – The Battle Against Skin Cancer Starts with the Mind for pupils of various public and private schools at Caucasus International University on May 31, 2019. The event was organized by Public Relations Department.
The presenter discussed with pupils the types of skin diseases, advantages and disadvantages of the sun’s rays. In addition, she introduction skin cancer prevention methods, skin types, how to identify early signs of skin cancer and sun protection measures during the lecture, which was held within the framework of the Euro-Melanoma campaign.
