The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to Georgia, Ingrīda Levrence Visited CIU Laboratory of Caucasus Geopolitical Modelling (supervisor Alexandre Rusetski) of the Faculty of Social Sciences organized the exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Independence of Latvia, at the Caucasus International University on December 6, 2018.
The exhibition was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to Georgia, Ingrīda Levrence. The exposition consisted of ten stands. Each stand depicts the main events that took place in Latvia during every 10 years. After the opening of the exposition, Mr. Kakhaber Kordzaia, the university Rector, academic personnel, administration and students met the Ambassador at the Laboratory of Caucasus Geopolitical Modelling.
The sides discussed issues related to creation and implementation of the relevant action plan and work program within the framework of the memorandum signed with the University of Latvia and the Baltic International Academy. We would like to remind you that Caucasus International University and the Embassy of Latvia actively collaborate: The University facilitated the development of cooperation between Latvian and Georgian municipalities, the concert of the Latvian band - Vizma is also worth mentioning, which was held at the University Conference Hall on October 12, 2018.
