A student has to register on the official website of the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement – http://eqe.ge at the first stage of the mobility from January 17, 2019 12:00 to February 1, 2019 18:00. Mobility Stages and Deadlines.
Students who will be granted the right to be enrolled at Caucasus International University through mobility have to register from February 7 to February 12 and submit the following documents to the committee:
Undergraduate/One-Cycle Educational Programs:
- A copy of ID/Passport;
- 2 photos 3X4; a printed and electronic version on disk;
- A copy of military recruits (for Georgian male citizens);
- A copy of Secondary School Leaving Certificate;
- An extract of enrolment order from previous university;
- A document verifying student’s status approved by official stamp;
- Transcript of records from previous educational institution approved by official stamp.
Postgraduate Programs:
- A copy of ID/Passport;
- 2 photos 3X4; a printed and electronic version on disk;
- A copy of military recruits (for Georgian male citizens);
- A notarized copy of BA Diploma ad its supplement/a document certifying graduation;
- English Language Proficiency Certificate of B2 level. In case of no certificate an applicant enrolling at Postgraduate Program has to take an English exam (B2) at the University Language Centre.

- A document verifying student’s status approved by official stamp;
- Transcript of records from previous educational institution approved by official stamp.

- English Language Proficiency Certificate of B2 level. In case of no certificate an applicant enrolling at Postgraduate Program has to take an English exam (B2) at the University Language Centre. A person who has done his/her BA or MA studies in English does not have to provide a language certificate.
- An extract of enrolment order from previous university;
