My Profession – Neurosurgery – Giorgi Gegia’s public lecture. A public lecture on the topic- My Profession – Neurosurgery was held for CIU students of the Faculty of Medicine on November 20, 2019. The lecture was delivered by Giorgi Gegia, head of Neurosurgery and Neurology Department at O. Ghudushauri National Medical Center.
The speaker discussed personal career, experience and the direction of neurosurgery. He shared various aspects of achieving success in Medicine with students. In addition, he focused on the skills and qualities necessary for the successful professional and career development.
The final part of the event was held in an interactive format where students had the opportunity to ask questions on the issues that interest them. The public lecture was organized by the CIU Career Development Service and Faculty of Medicine.
