A training course on the topic: Geopolitical Transition of XXI Century and Aspects of International Security was held for the student of Postgraduate Program in International Relations and International Security in Daba Bakuriani on July 19-21, 2019.
The three-day training course, which was held at Hotel Villa Bakuriani, was conducted by Vakhtang Maisaia, a supervisor of CIU Postgraduate Program in International Relations and International Security. The presenter discussed modern domestic and international security systems, the phenomenon of Coup d'etat and its various aspects. In addition, the emphasis was placed on the domestic policy of Georgia in the direction of security and significant political issues of the region.
It is worth mentioning that training-courses by local and foreign professors, various activities on international policy and security issues, student conferences and workshops which will facilitate students’ qualification improvement and their establishment in competitive environment, are also planned for the next academic year within the framework of the Postgraduate Program in International Relations and International Security.
