A concluding event – moot court was held within the framework of the project organized by the Faculty of Law – Peculiarities of Investigative and Procedural Activities in Criminal Process on November 9, 2018.
15 Faculty of Law students selected as the result of the competition became engaged in the project. They had trainings for three days before the court. They learnt the rules for conducting investigations and later, writing protocols on these investigative actions.
The moot court held on November 9 referred to the fact of theft. CIU Faculty of Law students took the relevant roles and showed their knowledge and skills as prosecutor, defense, witness and judge.
The concluding event of the project – moot court was attended by Vladimer Macharashvili, Dean of CIU Faculty of Law and Ioseb Tsereteli, Chief Instructor of Basic Training Service of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
